Copper Convector Elements

WENIG manufactures a complete line of high efficiency copper fin tube elements for hot water heat systems. Each aluminum fin has a die formed collar for even spacing and complete contact the entire length of the copper tube. The tubes are mechanically expanded and rolled into the headers. The headers are made of the finest cast brass. Steel side plates protect the fins and add to the rigidity of the elements. All elements have been carefully engineered to provide maximum heat transfer and years of care free service. Elements are topped 3/4' Air Vent of 1/4" is available.

 

Copper Convector Elements Specifications
Copper Heating Elements shall be constructed of 1/2” O.D. seamless copper tubes, aluminum fins, custom fit headers and side plates. Holes in fins shall have die-formed flanged collars for neatly and efficiently spacing fins on tubes. Tubes shall be mechanically expanded into fin collars to provide metal contact between tubes and extended surfaces.
